DREAM Creative Studios (Pty) Ltd is a brand dedicated to providing high-quality organisational products, including art prints, hanging art prints and framed art prints.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding shipping lead time), excluding weekends and holidays. Please ensure that all personal information is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect information.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe Payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay)
- YOCO
- Bank Transfer (EFT)
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping within South Africa. For South Africa, we have shipping rates based on your location (please see our Shipping Policy page for more details):
- Local areas: anywhere within Cape Town @ R65
- Inner Shorthaul @ R90
- National @ R110
- Regional @ R150
- Outlying Areas @ R165
- Collection can be arranged within Durbanville for free.
3.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on location:
- Local areas: 1-3 business days
- Major Cities: 3-5 business days
- Outlying Areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak periods.
3.3 Shipping Issues

4. Returns and Exchanges
DREAM Creative Studios (Pty) Ltd does accept returns/ exchanges, however we do not offer refunds but rather gift card to the value of your purchased product(s). If you receive a defective product or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your item at dreamcreativestudios2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We strive to accurately display product colours and descriptions. However, slight variations in color may occur due to different monitor settings.
