At DREAM we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully for information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and costs.

1. Pre-orders

From time to time, certain products are offered on pre-order. If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will only ship once the pre-order stock has arrived. Current estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will always be noted on the product page. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Order Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer shipping throughout South Africa. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Local Areas (Cape Town only): 1-3 business days
  • Major Cities: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Outlying Areas: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and postal delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on your location:

  • Local: Cape Town including Parow, Blouberg, Kuilsriver, Sea Point & Table Mountain. 
  • Inner shorthaul: Peninsula, Malmesbury, Paarl, Worcester, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Macassar, Strand.
  • Regional: Mossel Bay, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay.
  • National: George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Port Shepstone, Richards Bay, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Vaal, Witbank, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Newcastle, Klerksdorp, Rustenburg, Harrismith)
  • Collection within Durbanville: FREE

You will see the shipping cost during checkout before you confirm your order. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option for your area, otherwise it will cause a delay in your order while outstanding funds need to be transferred. 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at dreamcreativestudios2025@gmail.com for assistance. 

However, if you receive a defective product or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your item at dreamcreativestudios2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
