Refund policy

At DREAM we believe in intentional purchasing.  DREAM Creative Studios (Pty) Ltd does accept returns, however we do not offer refunds but rather gift card to the value of your purchased product(s). We do accept exchanges, however any additional courier charges will be for the customer's account. If you receive a defective product or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your item at dreamcreativestudios2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
